柳佳林，湖北黄冈人，中共党员，分别于2016年和2019年在华中科技大学获得学士和硕士学位，2023年在香港城市大学获得博士学位，2023年9月至2024年3月在香港理工大学从事博后研究，2024年3月至今，入职韦德官方网站，加入玄武岩纤维生产及应用技术国家地方联合工程研究中心团队，担任上岗副研究员（教学科研），硕士导师 。

担任中文EI期刊《复合材料学报》青年编委、ISO/TC 71/SC 6国内技术对口工作组委员、SCI期刊Nanomaterials客座编辑助理。

主持的项目：  

（1）2024至今，江苏省青年科学基金，玄武岩纤维复合材料增强混凝土板低速冲击性能及其提升方法研究。  

（2）2024至今，中央高校基本科研业务费-省部级重点实验室科学研究项目，玄武岩纤维复合材料及其增强混凝土结构冲击损伤机理和性能研究。  

（3）2024至今，bevictor伟德官网启动经费，复合材料层合板微纳尺度层间增强机理及宏观力学性能调控。
